Whether you are a first time Yoga student, dance student or practicing Yogi, these classes are for you! Each Short Form Ashtanga Yoga/Slow Flow Yoga classes will challenge you physically with emphasis on going within to listen to yourself, so you may learn to work with your own body and feelings. Students of all levels of fitness are encouraged to practice at their own level. Classes are 6 weeks for $60.00 per person.
